There is a 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee with less than a 48 hours notice of the scheduled appointment. There will be a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows. All deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment were to be cancelled with a deposit attached you will not be refunded but it will go towards a future appointment. If you are 10+ minutes late you will be charged a late fee. If this is your first appointment please arrive with bare nails, I do not offer acrylic soak offs nor do I work on foreign products. Please do not show up with any children, family, or friends as there is valuables within children’s reach. Both locations are relatively small quarters so please come alone to enjoy your relaxation time.
